Knowledge of Quran & Smart Life
Quran-based education, Islamic research, and smart Islamic life learning for ordinary people, students, families, professionals, and global learners.
Knowledge of Quran & Smart Life (KQSL) is the Islamic schooling system of Lilac Education, created to help learners study the Quran, Hadith, Islamic fundamentals, Prophetic life, Islamic law, comparative religion, Quranic medicine, and modern Islamic life through structured online learning and research-based education.
KQSL was developed during the early COVID-19 period in 2020, when DH Sakib reflected deeply on life, death, knowledge, worldly responsibility, and preparation for the Hereafter. As an ordinary person with academic, professional, and institutional responsibilities, he felt the need for a peaceful Islamic education system where busy learners could study sincerely, privately, and gradually.
KQSL is not designed to replace local mosques, qualified scholars, traditional madrasas, or family-based Islamic learning. Rather, it is a supportive online system for learners who need flexible access, structured guidance, research materials, recorded classes, teacher support, and a disciplined path to become better Muslims while managing modern life.

Quranic Motivation
KQSL is built on the belief that learning, worship, character, and preparation for the Hereafter should remain connected with daily life. This direction connects with the Quranic reminder of worship and purpose in Surah Adh-Dhariyat 51:56, the prayer for knowledge in Surah Taha 20:114, and the value of time and righteous action in Surah Al-Asr 103:1-3.
A Peaceful Learning Family
KQSL aims to create a safe, respectful, and private learning environment where learners can study sincerely, ask questions responsibly, protect their identity, and improve step by step. Islamic statements must be supported by the Quran, authentic Hadith, and responsible scholarship.
KQSL currently organizes Islamic learning through 10 departments. Some departments are course-based and beginner-friendly, while others are research-based and require SOP review, academic approval, and structured study discipline. Payment should be completed only after official approval or access confirmation.
History of KQSL
During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I began to wonder whether the world was moving toward a serious end and what our future would be. Life suddenly felt uncertain. At that time, I started thinking deeply about Allah, the Quran, death, the Hereafter, and the question of how ordinary people like us could learn Islam properly while still carrying the responsibilities of study, work, family, and modern life.
After considering everything, we introduced the Quran Research Course to study the words of Allah in a structured way. This course has gone through many changes since then. As there was no similar course available for ordinary learners in the way we needed, it took many years to develop this department properly, even with the support of the wider Lilac Group ecosystem.
Many obstacles came during the journey, including criticism and misunderstanding from outside. Still, the research continued with the support of scholars, teachers, researchers, and the internal education team. After the Quran Research Course, the Hafezi Course was introduced for learners who wanted to memorize the Quran. The Hafezi department was completed strongly, and by the mercy of Allah, I also completed my own Hifz journey.
Later, as I wanted to understand and follow the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, a department was created for Prophetic Biography. Gradually, as new needs appeared, KQSL expanded into 10 departments, including Quran Learning, Hafezi, Quran Research, Hadith, Islamic Fundamentals, Prophet ﷺ Biography, Modern Islamic Life, Islamic Law, Comparative Religious Studies, and Quranic Medicine & Health.
This institution was first designed for me, DH Sakib, and for general people like me — ordinary learners who want to become better Muslims while living in a busy world. Even if there were no students, KQSL would still continue as a personal and institutional Islamic learning system. By the mercy of Allah, many sincere and well-mannered students are now connected with KQSL, and we treat this learning environment like a peaceful Islamic family.
Objectives of KQSL
The purpose of establishing KQSL is to learn the words of Allah and act according to them, while staying away from confusion, lies, religious misinformation, unnecessary conflict, social pressure, superstition, and innovation in religion. KQSL encourages learners to study from the Quran, authentic Hadith, and responsible scholarly sources, then apply that knowledge gradually in personal life.
The main objective is to prepare for the Hereafter while still fulfilling worldly responsibilities. KQSL is for learners who are busy with education, profession, family, leadership, business, law, health, technology, and daily life, but still want to organize their Islamic learning sincerely and consistently.
Rules, Safety & Learning Discipline
Laws and rules are created for the benefit, safety, and discipline of people. In an Islamic learning institution, rules are necessary to protect everyone’s Islamic, social, academic, emotional, and privacy-based security.
- Core Islamic Foundation: Allah is One, the Quran is divine guidance, and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the final Messenger of Allah.
- Source Rule: No teacher, student, admin, or anyone associated with KQSL should make Islamic claims without reference to the Quran, authentic Hadith, and responsible scholarly understanding. This rule applies to everyone, including the founder.
- Privacy Rule: Students, teachers, access details, study materials, group information, and academic communication must not be disclosed to outsiders without permission.
- Peaceful Environment Rule: KQSL does not accept troublesome behavior, unnecessary argument, mockery, harassment, religious misinformation, or actions that harm students, teachers, the institution, Islam, or society.
- Legal Protection Rule: If anyone engages in unlawful activity, institutional harm, harassment, fraud, defamation, or actions against students or the organization, the matter may be reviewed through the appropriate legal and institutional channels, including the Lilac Law Firm ecosystem where applicable.
- Convert Support Rule: Muslims who accepted Islam from another religion may contact KQSL privately. Subject to verification and institutional approval, KQSL may provide them with confidential and free Islamic learning support according to applicable law and safety requirements.
- Admission Control Rule: KQSL reserves the right to pause, restrict, or close admission in any department if needed to protect quality, peace, privacy, and institutional discipline.
Class Process
Since the objective of KQSL is to provide Islamic knowledge to ordinary people and learners worldwide, the courses are designed so that students can study from anywhere and at a suitable time. Each department may follow its own method according to the subject, but most courses use a structured online learning model.
Recorded Classes
Classes are generally pre-recorded so learners can study according to their own time, location, age, confidence, and responsibility.
Teacher Support
If learners face difficulty understanding a class, teacher support may be provided through approved WhatsApp or official communication channels.
Live Support Where Needed
Some courses may include weekly live support, such as Hafezi Quran, but live classes are generally supportive rather than compulsory unless a department specifies otherwise.
Why Only Online?
Online learning allows access from anywhere, anytime, and at almost any age. KQSL was designed for ordinary Muslims and sincere learners who may not be able to attend traditional systems regularly, may feel shy to start, may live far away from qualified teachers, or may need privacy and flexibility.
Local mosques, madrasas, scholars, and Islamic teachers have their own important place. KQSL does not aim to replace them. Rather, it aims to reach those who cannot access traditional systems properly or who need a peaceful online path to learn Islam away from unnecessary conflict, division, or social pressure.
Online education is the convergence of technology, education, research, privacy, and global access. In the future, higher study facilities may be developed offline, inshaAllah, especially through international university-level systems. However, KQSL course delivery remains online unless officially announced otherwise.
KQSL Academic Model
KQSL departments are organized into two academic models: Course-Based Departments and Research-Based Departments. This structure helps learners choose the right path according to their level, purpose, background, and study capacity.
Beginner-friendly departments focus on direct learning, recitation, correction, memorization, and guided practice. Advanced departments require deeper reading, structured research, SOP review, academic approval, responsible writing, and source-based study discipline.
Course-Based Departments
Course-based departments are designed for learners who want to begin practical Islamic learning with structured lessons, teacher support, recitation correction, memorization support, and guided practice. These departments generally do not require SOP.

Start the Correct Admission Process
First choose the department, read the details, then follow the correct process. For research-based departments, submit SOP first. For course-based departments, confirm course access first.
Certificate, Transcript & Academic Records
KQSL is an Islamic schooling system under Lilac Education. Eligible students may receive certificates, transcripts, or academic completion records from Lilac Education according to department rules, course completion, academic performance, access verification, and institutional approval.
KQSL generally follows a credit-based academic model. A learner is not considered a full departmental student unless they complete the minimum approved study requirement. Each eligible course or semester may carry academic credit according to the department structure.
Course-Based Certificates
Quran Learning and Hafezi students may receive completion documents after fulfilling course requirements, teacher review, recitation/memorization standards, and access verification.
Research-Based Documents
Research-based students may receive academic documents after completing approved research tasks, writing, reflection, analysis, evaluation, and department-specific requirements.
Video-Only Access
Summary Video Access users are not official academic students and do not receive certificate, transcript, credit, research feedback, or academic supervision.
Teacher Recruitment & Academic Support
KQSL’s teaching system is different from ordinary course delivery. Because learners may come from different countries, educational backgrounds, professions, and levels of Islamic knowledge, teachers and academic supporters must understand Islamic sources, technology, communication discipline, privacy, and the KQSL learning model.
KQSL prefers to recruit teachers from its own trained students after they complete the required study, demonstrate discipline, pass evaluation, and complete internship or supervised academic preparation. This protects the tone, source policy, privacy system, and long-term academic quality of the institution.

Some KQSL research-based departments may provide Summary Video Access through Freesia Education or approved KQSL learning channels. This model is designed for general learners who want summarized knowledge from selected course topics without joining the full academic or research-based program.
Summary Video Access is not equal to full course enrollment. Full students may receive books, research materials, academic tasks, teacher support, feedback, supervision, and certificate/transcript eligibility according to department rules. Video-only users receive only approved video access for knowledge development.

Final Note from KQSL
KQSL was first created so that I, DH Sakib, could stay away from confusion, unnecessary conflict, and social pressure, and learn the words of Allah with truth, simplicity, discipline, and sincerity. Gradually, that personal need became an institutional Islamic learning system for ordinary people like me.
I created this institution for myself first, but I also believe that sincere Islamic learning should not remain locked inside one person’s life when it can help many other learners. KQSL is my effort to learn, organize, and share Islamic knowledge with students, families, professionals, and general learners who want to become better Muslims while still carrying worldly responsibilities.
This institution is designed for DH Sakib and general people like him — learners who may be busy, imperfect, responsible, and surrounded by worldly pressure, but still want to return to Allah through knowledge, practice, privacy, and a smarter Islamic life.
Donations, Funding & Institutional Responsibility
KQSL is not designed as a public donation collection platform. From the beginning, the institution has been developed through the personal responsibility of DH Sakib and the support of the Lilac ecosystem.
Many sincere students may want to contribute, but the best contribution is to study regularly, follow authentic guidance, protect the learning environment, and try to become a better Muslim every day. If any scholarship, waqf, orphan support, or special access program is introduced in the future, it will be announced only through official KQSL or Lilac Education channels.
Course fees support academic development, teacher support, research, content writing, book preparation, video production, technology, administration, website systems, and long-term institutional sustainability.
Connected KQSL Ecosystem
KQSL operates under Lilac Education as part of the wider Lilac ecosystem. While KQSL focuses on Quran-based education, Islamic research, and smart Islamic life learning, selected Lilac systems support its academic structure, research, publishing, legal awareness, technology, and accessible education model.
KQSL is connected with Lilac Education’s associate school system and Lilac Group’s institutional ecosystem, but this page highlights only the most relevant platforms for KQSL learners and researchers.
