Program Goals

The primary goal of the Spoken English, Arabic & Bangla Program is to create a practical connection among three important languages through the Comparative Language Learning System (CLLS). Instead of memorizing three unrelated sets of rules, learners compare vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, sentence patterns, meanings, and everyday expressions within one connected learning process.

The program aims to build practical speaking confidence, listening ability, reading understanding, basic writing, conversation, and presentation skills. It also creates a multilingual foundation that can support Quranic and Islamic learning, international education, professional communication, travel, research communication, Middle Eastern work environments, Bangla cultural connection, and everyday global interaction.

Development Background & Why the Program Is Required

The need for this program emerged from a common educational problem: many learners study English, Arabic, and Bangla separately, yet remain unable to connect the languages in real communication. They may recognize individual words or grammar rules but struggle to build sentences, understand structural differences, speak confidently, or transfer knowledge from one language to another.

The problem is particularly visible among learners involved in Quranic studies, Islamic law, international education, research-based programs, professional development, migration, and Middle Eastern employment. A learner may understand Bangla but feel disconnected from Arabic; understand written English but lack speaking confidence; or want to learn Bangla without finding a structured bridge from English or Arabic.

To address this gap, the program was developed as an interdisciplinary language initiative under Lilac Education , with academic connection to Knowledge of Quran & Smart Life (KQSL) . The comparative learning concept and program coordination are connected with DH Sakib .

Enrollment Eligibility

The program is available to global learners, but students should have a basic language foundation and enough technology knowledge to participate independently in the online learning process.

• No SOP is required because this is a practical course-based program.
• Students must have basic reading, writing, listening, or speaking knowledge in at least one of the three languages.
• Students do not need advanced knowledge of English, Arabic, and Bangla before admission.
• Each student must independently select English, Arabic, or Bangla as their primary language.
• The selected primary language should be the language the student understands most comfortably and can use as a bridge for the other two languages.
• Students must have basic technology knowledge, including the ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Students should be able to open a password-protected webpage, watch online videos, use WhatsApp, access a private Facebook group, record a video, upload it, and share its link.
• A stable internet connection and an active email address, WhatsApp account, and Facebook account are required.
• Students must be willing to practise regularly and submit the required video presentations.
• Younger learners may require guardian assistance for technology access, group participation, and presentation submission.

Course Completion Requirements

This is one complete 12-month course containing more than 50 structured classes. It is not divided by a semester limit. Students complete the course through continuous progress within the approved course period.

• Complete the protected written course content and assigned learning activities.
• Watch the relevant official AI video classes and available supporting video classes.
• Practise the comparative vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, conversation, and presentation activities.
• Prepare and upload the required video presentations to the private Facebook group.
• Share each required presentation link in the designated WhatsApp group.
• Follow departmental instructions and complete any required corrections or resubmissions.
• Maintain respectful participation and comply with access, privacy, and submission rules.
• Complete the required final review or assessment process determined by the academic department.

Certificate & Completion Record

Students who successfully complete the required classes, presentation submissions, departmental review, and applicable assessment requirements may become eligible for an official course certificate from Lilac Education under its relevant academic and examination authority.

The certificate or completion record may include online verification and relevant program information. Participation alone does not guarantee certification; all completion and assessment requirements must be satisfied.

Program Policy

• Primary Language: Students must select their own primary language and inform the department during admission.
• Flexible Learning: No fixed daily class time is required, but students remain responsible for completing the full program within the approved duration.
• Protected Access: Course links, passwords, video links, internal materials, and private group access must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
• Original Submission: Students must submit their own video presentations. False, copied, or misleading submissions may be rejected.
• Privacy: Student information, presentation links, learning records, and internal group discussions must remain protected.
• Respectful Communication: Students must communicate respectfully with teachers, administrators, and other learners.
• Learning Responsibility: The department provides materials and assistance, but regular practice and progress remain the student’s responsibility.
• Course Scope: The program develops a practical multilingual foundation and does not promise complete or instant fluency.
• Institutional Review: Misuse of course access, repeated rule violations, harmful conduct, or unauthorized distribution may result in warning, restricted access, removal, or further institutional review.
