Department of Quranic Medicine & Health
Guided by the Qur’an, Strengthened by Medical Science and Natural Balance
The Quranic Medicine & Health Department is a specialized research division of the Quran Research Department under KQSL (Knowledge of Quran & Smart Life). It is designed to help you understand your health in a complete way—through the Qur’an, natural lifestyle, and modern medical science. Instead of confusion, guesswork, or self-treatment, this system gives you a clear path: first, you learn how health, disease, and healing are explained through Qur’anic guidance and medical knowledge; then, based on your condition, you can apply the right lifestyle, duas, and natural practices in a structured way. At the same time, this department is connected with a verified doctor network under the Lilac School of Medical Science and Technology (LSMT), where students and learners can consult trusted medical professionals when needed—both online and offline. This means you are not relying only on theory or general advice, but you have access to real medical support within the same research ecosystem. Even for common health concerns, learners of this program can seek proper guidance and avoid wrong decisions. This is not about replacing medical treatment—it is about understanding your health correctly, following Allah’s guidance, and taking responsible medical decisions with confidence. Through this integrated approach, you don’t just treat illness—you learn how to live better, stay balanced, and remain connected to Allah in every stage of health and healing.

Today, many people are trying to stay healthy—but still getting sick more often. Some follow random advice, some depend only on medicine without understanding their lifestyle, and others try spiritual practices without proper knowledge. The real problem is not effort—it is the lack of correct understanding.
Most people do not clearly understand how their body works, what causes disease, or how daily habits affect their health. At the same time, we often remain disconnected from the guidance of the Qur’an in our daily life—even though it teaches balance, discipline, and awareness. On the other side, medical science provides treatment, but without proper understanding, people may take wrong medicine, delay seeing a doctor, or make harmful decisions.
This gap between faith, lifestyle, and medical understanding creates confusion—and that confusion leads to more health problems.
The Quranic Medicine & Health Department was created to solve this gap in a structured and responsible way.
Here, you do not have to choose between Qur’an and medicine. You learn how to connect them properly. You understand your health through guidance, apply a balanced lifestyle, and take medical decisions with clarity.
At the same time, this department builds a verified doctor-based research community.
Doctors connected with this department are carefully enlisted after verification, based on their practical medical experience, quality, and research involvement. Only experienced doctors—who have real clinical exposure and understanding—are included. There is no listing fee; selection is based on responsibility, knowledge, and contribution to the research ecosystem.
Through this system, learners of the department can connect with these verified doctors when needed—both online and offline. This creates a trusted environment where patients are not randomly searching for help, but are guided toward doctors who understand both medical science and the values of this research framework.
At the same time, doctors benefit by working with more conscious and aware patients—people who understand their condition better, follow guidance properly, and take treatment seriously. This creates a balanced relationship between patient and doctor, which is often missing in general healthcare systems.
In the future, this department aims to build a structured medical record system within the Lilac School of Medical Science and Technology (LSMT) ecosystem, where patient history can be maintained (with consent). This will help doctors understand previous conditions, treatments, and patterns more accurately—leading to better and safer medical decisions.
This facility is designed only for students of the Quranic Medicine Department, to maintain quality, responsibility, and a controlled research environment.
Because this is not just a course—it is a growing research-based health community.
And the goal is clear:
- To reduce confusion
- To connect knowledge with practice
- To build trust between patients and doctors
- To create a system where health is understood, not guessed
So that people do not just seek treatment—but learn how to live, decide, and stay connected to Allah with awareness, responsibility, and clarity.
🔷 Integrated Health Model
Qur’an + Nature + Medicine
Human health is not limited to the body alone. According to the Qur’an and authentic Hadith, a human being is created with body, mind, and soul—and true well-being depends on the balance of all three. When one part is affected, the whole system is disturbed. That is why complete health cannot be achieved by focusing on only one dimension.
The Quranic Medicine & Health Department follows a layered and integrated approach, where healing is understood through guidance, natural systems, and responsible medical support.
🔹 Spiritual Layer (Soul)
At the deepest level, healing begins with the connection to Allah.
We do not depend on dua alone as a passive act, but we study and apply the complete spiritual framework taught in the Qur’an and Hadith:
- Qur’an recitation as a source of healing (shifa)
- Dua (supplication) with understanding and intention
- Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) for inner peace
- Ruqyah based on authentic sources
- Tawakkul (trust in Allah) during illness
The soul cannot be treated by medicine or psychology. Its strength, peace, and healing depend only on the methods guided by Allah.
🔹 Natural & Prophetic Layer (Body + Mind)
In this layer, we explore the natural and practical systems provided by Allah for human health.
This includes:
- Foods and natural elements mentioned in the Qur’an
- Organic and natural medicinal approaches
- Prophetic medicine (Tibb al-Nabawi)
- Lifestyle practices such as fasting, cleanliness, discipline, and moderation
- Connection between natural habits and physical & mental health
Here, we do not treat nature as random—we study it in connection with divine guidance, understanding that Allah has created both the human body and the natural resources for its support.
🔹 Medical Understanding & Support Layer (Body + Mind)
In the final layer, learners develop a clear understanding of basic medical knowledge:
- What is disease and how it develops
- Difference between virus, bacteria, and other conditions
- How the body responds to illness
- Importance of diagnosis and proper treatment
This helps people avoid confusion, self-medication, and wrong decisions.
When needed, learners are guided to consult verified doctors through the Lilac School of Medical Science and Technology (LSMT) ecosystem. Medical professionals treat the body, psychologists support the mind—but this happens alongside the spiritual and natural layers, not separately.
🔥 The Complete Approach
This model teaches a simple but powerful truth:
- Allah created the human body and knows it best
- He provided guidance through the Qur’an and Hadith
- He created natural remedies within the world
- And He allowed medical science and professionals as a means of treatment
So we do not ignore any layer—we explore all of them together.
🌍 Core Understanding
Doctors can treat the body.
Psychologists can support the mind.
But the soul is healed only through the guidance of Allah.
And when all three—body, mind, and soul—are understood and cared for together, a person moves toward complete and balanced health.
🔷 History & Development
The Quranic Medicine & Health Department was first initiated in 2023 by DH Sakib, Founder of Lilac Group and KQSL, from a personal need to understand health more deeply through the guidance of the Qur’an alongside medical science. It began as a focused research initiative under the Lilac School of Medical Science and Technology (LSMT) and Lilac Health Care (LHC), primarily for internal study, research, and personal application.
For several years, this work remained limited to the internal research ecosystem—refined through continuous study, analysis, and development. The goal was to build a structured and responsible model before opening it to the public.
In March 2026, during the month of Ramadan, the department was officially opened for general access with the introduction of the Quranic Medicine Fundamentals course. This foundational program is available in both English and Bangla for wider understanding, and is open to individuals with a minimum qualification of HSC (or equivalent).
However, as this is a research-based department, access to advanced and specialized areas is carefully controlled. Higher-level and specialized research programs are designed only for medical professionals and will be conducted in English. To enter these specialized departments, participants must successfully complete the foundational stage and demonstrate their understanding through research paper publication.
Today, the Quranic Medicine & Health Department stands as a well-structured system developed through years of research and refinement. While the knowledge within this field is important for everyone, the department maintains a minimum eligibility standard to ensure quality, responsibility, and a proper research environment. All courses and research areas will continue to evolve and be updated gradually based on new knowledge, scientific developments, and ongoing research.

🧩 Application Model
The Quranic Medicine & Health Department is designed as a research-based learning system, where students are expected not only to study the materials, but also to apply the knowledge in real life with responsibility and awareness.
Learners will study the course books, research materials, and academic guidance carefully, then try to understand how Qur’anic guidance, natural lifestyle, and basic health awareness can be applied in their own daily lives. If any part is unclear, they may ask for guidance from the research department.
However, general students are allowed to apply only the non-medical parts of the program directly in their lives—such as dua, dhikr, lifestyle correction, natural elements, food awareness, and other safe guidance-based practices. They are not allowed to apply medical treatment, medicine, or clinical decisions on their own unless they are qualified medical professionals.
Medical professionals in this department are strongly encouraged to go further by developing case studies, applied observations, and research within their own area of expertise. This will help expand and refine the department’s knowledge base over time.
General learners may also conduct limited personal or family-based research in a responsible way, especially in areas such as lifestyle, food habits, spiritual practice, or health awareness, as long as it does not involve unsafe medical experimentation or self-prescription.
Although direct live classes are not the standard method in research-based programs, this department will still provide selected explanatory videos through LiDia Scholar so that students can understand the key concepts more clearly and apply them properly.
At the end of the course, every student must submit a research paper in order to successfully complete and pass the program.
🎓 Transcript & Certification
The Quranic Medicine & Health Department is a research-based academic program. Therefore, successful completion of the course depends primarily on research understanding, application, and final submission, rather than traditional exam-based evaluation.
To pass the program, each student must:
- Demonstrate proper understanding of the course content
- Apply the knowledge responsibly in real-life context
- Submit at least one research paper meeting the required academic standard
Only after fulfilling these requirements will a student be considered successfully completed.
Upon successful completion, Lilac Education, under its Examination & Control Board (ECB), will issue:
- Official Transcript
- Certificate of Completion
Each document will include online verification, ensuring authenticity, credibility, and global recognition.
⚠️ Important Note
- Certification is strictly based on research quality and completion standards
- No certificate will be issued without fulfilling the research requirement
This ensures the academic integrity and value of the program
